Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
I co signed for a student loan for my ex. she has not made payments in 4 months and the bank is coming after me for payment. what are my options as far as legal options. I do not have the money to pay off her student loan but I dont want it to hurt my credit or my family if i have to pay her loan.

You may have few or any defenses to the claim by the lender. Have an attorney look at all the documents for you, to determine what defenses you may have. If you are sued, you can bring your ex in, (or file a cross claim if she is sued simulataneously) for reimbursement for any money you are ordered to pay to the lender.
