Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
My son is playing football for a nonprofit organization and I have purchased his jersey and done all my paperwork. They are now telling me I cannot have the jersey I paid for until all the other players have done the same.
Is this legal? I have paid for my son's football jersey and I would like it now.

Yours is a novel question. Certainly your have right to obtain what you have paid for. But, the timing is another issue. You coudl sue and find out the answer, but it would probably not be profitable for you. If they wait a month until all the other players have paid to give you your Son's jersey, and you sue for the delay, it is questionable that you would have any quantifiable damages. The suit may cost you a couple hundred to possibly acoule thousand dolars if nto brought in small claims court. You likely awrd fo damges woudl be $1-$10.
If, o the other hand, you merely want to sue to have the Ourt ORder the league to giv eyou the jersey now, you may succeed. But, again it may cost some money to obtain that Order.
Good luck
