Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
State of Missouri - I had to return a signed contract (home improvement (siding) solicited at my residence. It was returned before midnight of the 3rd day ( as specified in the notice of cancellation on the back of the contract) by certified mail, and signed for. When I called to verify they received it, I was told, yes we have it and your check ($ 2300) will be returned 30 days from the day the contract was signed. Now the notice of cancellation, on the back of the contract, says within 10 days from date of transaction. I can't find any reason for 30 days. Thank you.

Call or write to remind them that the contract says ten days. If u want to pursue damages, consult directly with a civil practice attorney, in your area.
Good luck
