Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
I want to sue Toshiba for a faulty laptop they refuse to fix, even though it was under warranty when I made the request to fix it. Since the company is so huge, how do I find who to name in the suit and who to send the paperwork to from Small Claims Court?
Who do I name on the complaint?

You shoudl look at the paperwork that came with yrou warranty information. That comapny probably has a resoident agent in Missouri. They may also have a disclaimer form taht wsays you have to undergo arbitration before suit can be filed, and probably not in Missouri, but where their national company is domiciled. You can prbably still sue them in Missouri, but they may bring up their disclaimer as defense.
Good luck
