Can you sue walmart for false online advertisement?
Ex: Item was priced $9 but then they cancel your order because it was marked wrong.

There are few things that cannot be the basis for a law suit. But, how many people want to spend $5,000 to get a $300 Television for $9? If you are one. I may be interested in discussing the particular facts of your situation. It would not be a case that I would take on a contingent fee basis, so you may have to pay a few thousand dollars toward investigation and litigation fees. If you think you could do that, you may contact me via email. If not, you might consider suing on your own in small claims court.Or, you could take the gift certificate they are offering you for your inconvenience.
