Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
My wife purchased me a guitar for Christmas and the guitar had a flaw from the manufacturer. I brought it back and they sent the guitar that was purchased back and told me that a new one would be shipped that day. The guitar is still 3-4 months from being shipped. Can I get my money back?

If the seller cannot explain the delay. (specially made or custom items can take longer) you should demand a refund.
Good luck
