Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
workman ship warranty
I had siding installed on my house. It is close to a year and the upper siding is falling of the house.Ihad called the person 4 times, left mesages and faxed a letter, but no resonse. The siding was put up in Oct.-10-05 ($5439.00),but on the sales bill it doese not state any warranty. My question is: do or don't they have to fix it?Is there a place where lousy work can be reported??
Thank you

Re: workman ship warranty
There should be either a dealer or manufacturer warranty. You need to investigate, the warranty should cover the repair or replacement. I can help.
