Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

I have 2 judgements on my record that are also showing up on my credit reports. I have read that, in certain states, these can be vacated from a persons record upon satisfaction. I was curious if this is the case in Missouri? I am in the process of buying my first home and having these vacated would aid me greatly. Thank you in advance for any advice/answers!

If the cases are satisfied, they should not harm your credit worthiness after a few years. If they are not satisfied, than you can possibly make a deal with the Judgmetn creditor to pay the debt off in excahnge for them filing aMotion to Set aside the Judgment. You may want to use an attorney to help you negotiate your way through this quagmire. Many cicil practice attorneys offer a free or low cost initial consultation. Gather yoru documents and consult direclty with one.

Good luck
