Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

In 1999 a judgment was filed and granted in Missouri for an amount that I can't remember. My wages were garneshed for 4 weeks shortly there after. Now in 2011 I have been served with a Summons to Show Cause on this. Is this past the statute of limitations on the judgement and garnishment?

A 1999 judgment would have to have been renewed before now to still be enfoceable. If the judgment was not renewed, you may be able to have the Summons quashed. If the judgment was renewed, and is current, you probably owe the judgment plus interest since 1999.
