Re: AC Breach of Contract

The amount of your monthly payment is not up to the judge, it's up to the bank and the bank' attorney. If the bank won't accept what you can actually pay, then insist upon the case being set for trial and make them prove their case against you. No attorney will want to try a $647 case. The civil judgment is actually a piece of paper signed by the judge, entitled "Judgment". The original is kept in the court file and you can take a copy. The Judgement is what legally allows a creditor to file garnishments, executions, judgment debtor exams, and take other actions to actually collect the amount owed plus interest and costs.
