Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

On April 23 I cashed a 100 dollar loan check. It was paid on april26 payday directly from my account. On may 10 payday was charged for the same check again. Company is refusing to reimbursing me. Also wont return phone calls. How do I get my money back?

Keep all your records. Make sure your bank will nto process anymore draws. Then, you may have to sue the lender in small claims court. Or, you may pay an attorney to send a letter demading the return of yourmoney before filing suit.
