Keeps calling work

Yes i am going through a rough time right now and falling behind on my credit card bills my problem is they keep calling work as much as 8 times a day and the company i work for is having a fit is there anything i can do to stop them from bugging me at work.

Yes. Get their name and fax number first. When they call, the first thing you ask them for is their name and fax number. When they give it to you, politely hang up.

Then send a letter to them by fax. The letter is short and to the point.

"Pursuant to the terms of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act you are instructed to stop contacting me by telephone. You may contact me by mail at: then list the address."

Send the letter, and you should not hear back from them again at work.
