how to get out of a car lease??

I have a car that i am leasing and currently do not have enough income to make the payments for long right now there going on the credit card, which wont last long. Is there a way to get out of the lease without letting them repo the car and hurting my credit.

Probably not without selling the lease or the car. However, since you are experiencing credit problems you may want to talk to the Consumer Credit Counseling office in your vicinity, or some other non-profit credit counselors. They may be able to get you some relief. If this is not successful your only other options are to (1) turn the car back and take the loss and pay off the loss (this will cost you a lot, since the amount you will owe will be the difference the dealer sustains in selling or re-leasing the car and the amount you would have paid over the life of the lease.) The other option is to declare bankruptcy.
