CAse dismissed without prejudice

Should a case dismissed without prejudice remain on your credit report? No payment arrangements or anything just dismissed without prejudice...Thank you in advance.

No. Go to the court and get a copy of the dismissal without prejudice and mail it to the credit reporting agency with a note telling them that under the fair credit reporting act they cannot lawfully report the lawsuit because it was resolved without a judgment against you.
