being charged for 1-900 numbers.i did not make
I am being charged $700.00 for a phone bill, for a sex line i didnot make, My room mate maded these call's. Know i am being told since the phone is in my name, and he lived their .I have to pay the bill.
what am i do do

You probably do owe the bill. You should immediately send this information to your roommate and ask him to pay it. If he does not, then I would suggest taking him to small claims court.
If you allow someone to use your phone, if they run up the bill, you're going to be responsible. That probably seems harsh, but the phone company had no way of knowing it wasn't you making the calls, and it also had no way of knowing you didn't want to pay for them.
