Can I contiue my case without a attorney?

Technically speaking, the judge continues the case. What you do is show up on your court date, listen for your name to be called, stand up and ask the judge for a continuance. Do not allow them to just tell you that the case is being put on "second call" so that the opposing attorney can talk to you. You should ask the judge to grant a continuance in order to give you time to hire an attorney. Then do so. Good luck.
