Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

I have a court ordered debt notice of $11,188.94 dated 11/27/2012. I was deemed disabled that same year and currently I am a recipient of S.S.I. payments which only amount to $640.60 a month .Is there a way to erase this debt or be able to pay it with my meager income?

You may be able to have three debt discharged in bankruptcy. But, it may not be worth doing, since your CSI payments may not be subject to execution by the judgment creditor. You should consult directly with a bankruptcy or civil practice attorney in your area.
