Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

My cousin's husband of 50 yrs just passed away, and he had bought a mobile home for rental property, in his name only, and there is still a balance. Does she owe on this account?

She probably doe snto persaonlly owe for the balance due ont ehmobile home. But, the lender may have valid claims against the decedent's probate estate, so in that way it could reduce how much your cousin gets form her deceased husband's estate.
