Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

credit breach of contract

There is a company that is filing a breach of contract against me. I have never heard of the company and they are not listed on my credit report. They may be a third party collection agency, but if that is the case can they sue for breach of contract when I never signed a contract with them?

Yes, if they were assigned the original contract by someone you contracted with. Why don't you hire an attorney to represent you and straighten everything out?
