i was in court for a judgement today,,and the collections lawyer didnt show,,is there a motion to file to stop the process since they made the motion for judgement today but didnt show?

If the judge made note on the record that the Plaintiff's counsel did not appear, you may be able to get the case dismised if they do not show next time.
