credit card debt
I have a credit card debt which I haven't been able to pay on for approximately 3 years. I am on disability and widows benefit social security. Can they take money from my bank account or sue me or anything like that

Under the facts you described, the creditor may be able to sue you. Whether they can get your property is much more fact determinant. If they obtian a judgment against you, they may be able to garnish or attach your bank account.
