credit with ex husband problem

I had my own credit before I married- my Ex husband- after we divorced I used credit cards that I only signed my name to I did end up with a judgement against me I have paid all of it but it shows up on his credit I did not ever sign his name or realize his name was on the accounts I am sorry this is on his credit but I did not do any thing on purpose he knows says he is going to press charges and he said I will go to jail I care for our 2 children he does not help with there everyday care and he is not paying anything on our daughters college which is ordered in our divorce I am scared to death of this man I just want him to leave us alone can you please help me

If false information shows up on your husband's credit report it's his fault. There are procedures he can employ to remove the incorrect information. You are not guilty of any criminal conduct if you did not fraudulently use HIS cards. If the judgment was personal to you, and not to him, he should have it removed.

If he is breaching the terms of your divorce decree you have every right to file a motion to hold him in contempt and at the same time seek an order of protection to keep him from contacting you or harassing you.

You need to see the lawyer who got you the divorce and ask for assistance.
