Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

We have a daughter who wants to move back in with us. She has a string of legal judgments (rent evasion and one fraud from a job amounting to $3000+). She has avoided the court dates and warrants with multiple moves. If she moves in with us, will we be guilty of criminal charges ourselves?

You should probably consult directly with an attorney in person beofe allowing yrou daughter to bring items that you suspect might ahve been stolen into your home, so that attorney can ask you follow up questions. However, under the few facts you provided, it does not sound like you be violating any laws by allowing your daughter to move back in. but, be careful wha tyou do after she does. You do nto want to viewed as impeding justice. There may be deputies or process servers looking fo her later. How you respond to their requests for information may cause you to violate some laws. Also, you do not want yrou daughter to use yrou home address in any frauds she commits while living there, or to engage in other illegal activity. this activity coudl possibly make your liable for to subject yrou property to search and seizure actions.

Good luck
