Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

I defaulted on a condo loan 9/2015 , lost the condo and the homeowners association sued me, got a judgement and garnished by bank account for $4,400 of the $20,000 owed - - this was a year ago. The case is closed and I haven't used the same garnished account. Can I start using the old account that was garnished or can the judgement holder go after my same bank account forever?...........................should I keep large sums of money out of that account forever?..................Fred Scott..............
