Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri
My divorce decree granted in Missouri gives me part of my ex-husband's pension in the form of an annuity. I have a legal judgement against me by a private party. Missouri doesn't allow pensions to be garnished until they're paid out. But it does allow garnishment of annuities. Is my part of my ex's pension subject to garnishment?

I would have to review the Judgment and the QDRO if there is one, and then do the legal research before I could answer your question. Perhaps another lawyer on this will be able to provide a response more directly. If not, you may contact me for a telephone consultation.
