Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

Due more than 1 yr. and overseas

I am more than 1 year late on my credit cards payments, also my check account has a red balance due to low balance charges. I know they send it to a collection agency but i do not get my mail anymore. i'm a mexican citizen, but i lived in the US training for 14 months, since i come back to mexico i have not paid 'cause banks here cant make money transfers to a US credit card. I'm going back to Kansas city on vacation and i will pay my debt totally over there. Is there a chance i can get trouble at the border station when i show my passport and visa?

I can't advise you on US law but it is not clear to me if the credit card balance is from US companies or Mexican companies. If Mexican, there should be no problem exiting or entering Mexico.
