enforcing judgement

how do you enforce a judement made against someone,when they ignore the judgement by the court?

If the judgment is for money damages, you file a request for garnishment. There are a number of ways of getting the money from a judgment, including have the sheriff execute on personal property (cars, boats, etc.) and garnishing bank accounts and wages.
