Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

My fiance' and I are buying a house, and the title company said that a "Judgement 10" came up under his name, and that if it has been satisfied, we need to provide documentation stating so. Can anyone tell me what a Judgement 10 is??

That's just an entry on his credit report. Apparently there was a Judgment taken against him in Court.
