Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

Found two judgements on my credit report I didn't know about

I recently searched Missouri casenet (public court files) and for fun, I put my name. To my suprise, two judgements were issued against me. I had NO idea about these judgements. I immediately e-mailed the credit card companies lawyers to get total amounts that I owe them. One was in 2001, another in 2004. I was wondering if there is a way to dispute the judgement. I saw that the first lawsuit was served to a former roommate of my mom and the 2nd was served to my mom. I do not speak with my mother and she never informed me of these lawsuits. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

If you were not served personally and can establish this, you may be able to avoid the effect of the judgment. You need to immediately contact an attorney and provide him with the information about the service on these lawsuits. This is not something you can do yourself.
