Freezing bank account

A year ago I sign on with a Clear Debt Results and through their advise, they wanted my credit card to go to 3 party and have them sell the debt for 40-50% less and then settle the account, I had a account not particapate with this and has took my to court and now has frozen my checking account- with my checks are direct desposited, so now I cannot get to my money, I can't feed my children,gas my car, pay any bills that I was going too this week.I trusted this Clear Debt Results and now everything is turning to shit. I need monet to survive, what do I do. How can I unfreeze my accounts, Christmas is around the corner and all my money is froze and I have nothin to give my kids. I am in a jam and not sure with way out,

I am so sorry that this has happened. Although it would be awful at any time of the year, it's particularly painful at Christmas.

You need to see an attorney who handles bankruptcy. This may be the best and most efficient way for you to deal with your problem. At this point, there is little you can do on your own. Contact an attorney who handles debtors in bankruptcy, make an appointment, and get this burden off your back. If you do, next Christmas may be a little brighter.
