garnishements

I had a garnishment that was released on a case 7 months ago and now they have the garnishment on me again with the same case number. Can they do that?

If the Judgement amount was satisfied, they may not seek another garnishment. If there is an outstanding amount due, barring any deals you have made, you have not provided any information to show that there is any reason why a new garnishment may not be applied.
