Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

Garnishment

In Dec. my company was served with a garnishment. Because I didn't want them involved I paid the full amount to the address on the garnishment along with a copy of the garnishment. I also sent copies to the attorney listed on the garnishment. To date I haven't heard anything back from them, nor have they canceled the garnishment. I've sent them 2 followup letters asking that this be handled asap. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks.

Re: Garnishment

If this garnishment is for a civil judgement, you may file a Motion to Dismiss the Garnishment or a Staisfaction of the judgement debt.

Good Luck
