Gas

in jan of 2007 a local gas company pumped in propane in our tank without our knowledge. when we found out we told the gas company to take it out but they never did now they are threating to take me to court over this dispute but i had contacted them several time but they never came and basicly blew me off . i just want to know if their allowed to do that.

You did not say "how" they are coming after you. If it is to pay for the propane, then you should retain your records of contacting them, to get the gas taken back out, you should be alright in defending this matter. Your chances will be better if you use an attorney. However, if you have used any of the propane, you may end up owing for all of it.
