Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

I am being harrassed by phone calls from dept collectors for over a year. I do not owe any money and they have been told my son has not lived here for over a year and they are his bills. He went through a divorce and lay off and has called the creditors to tell them he is paying them off as he can. I get calls from 8 in the morning through the evening hours day after day.

You may need to hire counsel to write to these creditors telling them to cease calling you and possibly to file suit if they do not.
