Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

Please held me

I had trouble. 5 years ago, I lost my job so I can not pay child support. So my driver's license was confiscated. Now I want to ask for permission. What should I do and how to start?

I want the license to drive in search of work, and want to continue paying child support. I want to know how much money to hire a lawyer? Because I want to request the Court to allow me to return many times. I can not afford to pay once (for all child support debt)

Please just tell me what should I do?

thanks

These matters can be fact effected. If you have not already, you should meet personally with an attorney in your area. Many offer a free or low cost intial consultation. Once they ahve all your information, they may be able to guide you through obtaining a license as economically as possible. Without the facts, it is nearly impossible to tell you how to do it yourself.

Good luck
