Home Loan

My ex-wife and I bought a house a couple years ago. She has since moved out of the house and says I have to pay for it. I am not on the title nor am I on the home loan papers. Am I obligated to pay for this home?

When you say that your ex-wife and you bought a home, what exactly do you mean? If you did not sign a promissory note on the home loan then you are not legally liable to the lender. But, from your post it would appear that you do not have any right to possession either. Maybe if you clarified the facts of your situation we could provide a more helpful response.
