Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

Husband & I are both out of jobs. We are upside down in our car at the bank. What can happen to us if we take car back to bank and park it there?

The bank can sell the car and go after you for the difference between what you owed (including costs of selling the car) and what the car sold for.
