Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri
My husband has a judgment against him and not previous business...which was INCORP...his attorney, I felt misrep'd him and a judgement was filed against him and not the company.(That was in 1993) He has made payments every month and had the judgement taken back to court once already...my question is..Does the State of Missouri have a Statue of Limitation?

Yes. Missouri has statute of limitations. Basically, they say that if you do nto sue within aspecific period fo tiem, the court will nto hear yrou claim. It apepars that they creditor met that burden as you indicated he got sued back in 1993. That judgment will aonly last for ten years unless the judgmetn creditor has it revived or reaffirmed. Sometimes payemtns can toll or extend this period. If you were asking if there is a statute of limitations as to claims agaisnt ones attorney, there is. They range from two to ten years depending upon the claim. If your husband feels that he was misrepresented, he should contact an attorney that handles legal malpractice claims very soon. It is probably too late, but there might be a civl claim he could make.
Good luck
