Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri
iI rented out a place and i was there for almost 2 years i been writting my checks out to a guy who do not own the property however i paid him in advance for a week and because i lot all my income i moved out 18 days early now he want me to sign something saying i would pay the rest when im employed he still has a deposit . my question is why dont he just use the least to collect and he call me very very upset i told him 3 months in avance that i was losing my income, should i sign something else?

If he does not own the property and cannot priove tha the has authority to act on the behalf of the owner, you do not owe him anything. There is no reason for you to sign anything. If he does not return the deposit within thirty days after you leave, you may be able to sue him for more than that in small claims court or associate circuit court.
