Joint Checking Account Garnishments
In Missouri if I have a joint checking account and I lose a credit card lawsuit can the judge garnish the joint checking account if the other person is the main account holder?

Re: Joint Checking Account Garnishments
If the lawsuit was filed only agaisnt you, the garnishment can't seize funds that are jointly owned. If the lawsuit was against both you and the other account holder, then it is possible.
