If a judgement was entered in 2007 and has not shown up on a credit report, is it still active?

Private credit reporting agency records are not the same as an officla judgmetn form a court. Many if not most judgment do not show up on credit reports. Not being on a credit reprot, does not prevent the judgmetn creditor form collectin gthe judgmetn debt. Generally, a judgment entered in 2007 in Missouri will be actionable until 2017. If it is renewed or revived, it goes on longer.
