Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri
I own a lawn care business, and occasionally I have problems getting paid. Most residential customers are not comfortable signing contracts for lawn service. Can I use the the law to get paid without a written agreement?

You may sue for debts on the lawn account. but, if you have no written agreement, you may have trouble proving your case, if the homeowner denies having agreed to the price you state is owed. If the amount owed is low, you can sue in small claims court with or without an attorney.
Good luck
