Is it Legal

I had a collection agency call me at work and harrass me for money during my work hour. Is it legal for them to call me at work? Please advise me of my rights.

Get their mailing address and advise them in writing, by certified mail to show they received it, that you do not wish to be contacted further. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act they must stop trying to contact you at work. If they do not, they can be fined, and can be subject to lawsuit.
