Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

I live in the state of Missouri I was ordered in a divorce to pay a credit card that was in my ex husbands name am I liable for that debt?

If you were not on the card, the credit card company may not be able to come after you for the debt. But, based upon your decree, you ex may be able to sue you for reimbursement if he is forced to pay them.
