I have some old medicals bills from 1999. I have remarried since those bills incurred. Can my current husband have his wages garnished for my past hospital bills? Also what is the SOL for medical bills?

Re: old medical bills
Whether your debt is barred by the statute of limitations depends on whether you signed a writing guaranteeing payment. If you signed a guaranty, then it is a 10 year statute. If you did not, and the bill is like a doctor's bill, it is barred by a 5 year statute of limitations.
Your husband's wages cannot be garnished for this bill because he was not liable on the original debt.
