needing to collect my winnings
i was the plantif and persued a man my bodyshop had done a lot of work he took the truck with out paying his bill. i won in court with 3 suits against him with a jury trial he paid the 2 small counts which was 2 dollars but the other one was $10,000 what can i do to get my money .

If the man you won the unsatisfied judgment against is employed, you may be able to garnish his wages to get payment toward the debt. You may also be able to levy agaisn tsome property that he owns. You may also be able to get money from the people who owe him money.
