Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

on November of 2004 a judgement was awarded against me for Discover card now t have to go court for the same thing is there a time limit on civil suits

If the judgment creditor doesn't take any steps to enforce their Judgment for ten years, it may become uncollectible. But otherwise, it continues until Satisfied.
