Unless your divorce decree specifies otherwise, the person who signed the credit card agreement is responsible for the debt. I hope your ex-husband didn't forge your signature to the applications. You should contact the credit card company to find out what their records show, and if necessary obtain a copy of the original credit application/agreement. If your ex- forged your signature, you will have to follow through with the credit card company in filing a claim for fraud. If only your husband's name/signature is on the agreement, give the credit card company HIS new address.
