Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri
I'm in the process of buying a house. Three separate judgments have turned up that has my name on them but my ex wife was to pay for. They are all over 11 years old and have not been renewed thus past the MO statute of limitations. What do I need to do with them?

Point out to the title company that you personally do not owe the money (but they may remain as liens on the real property that you own.) If the title company will not relentless, you may need to take legal action. You may need to sue your ex wife in subrogation. It may be that at a minimum, you'll need to consult directly with a civil or real estate practice attorney in your area. There isn't enough information in your posting to advise you.
Good luck
