How do you prove identity theft. Student loan, never went to college.

If you are alleging that a school loan creditor is seeking a judgmetn agaisnt you, where you never applied for or accepted a loan, then you merely defend the case, and deny that you ever completed or signed any of the documents they wish to use to prove the loan. But, if you applied for aloan, but never went to school, your defense would be different.
In either case, you will probbly do best if you consult directly with a civil practice attorney int eh area wehre the case is being brought. They can force the plaintiff /creditor to get a handwriting expert to hopefully determine that you did not execute any of their documents.
